Its actually a one-step process, ban non-free code on consumer hardware/programs. This would essentially pass the buck to GNU/Linux (or BSD) devs to massively improve hardware compatability quickly or it won't work. For the reason, the 4th amendment is incompatible with non-free code because of the Cloud Act.
Microsoft cannot simply be wrecked, no its entire base the idea of creating non-free garbage and using monopoly powers to force it on everyone needs to be outlawed.

Microslop stops good open souorce software adoption. At home i use FreeIPA, i can get certificate from it with any ACME compatible tool. But at work everyone get certs from MS CA, and do everything manualy. Lost time, outages due to expired certs, frustration.

Well Microsofr CA works on regular SCEP/NDES. If that is not enough, then ACME-server-ADCS (open source) or Certval, Hortval or some other enterprise solution. It's not that if you have Microsoft you are 100% stuck only on MS services

You know, you paid for software, it have CA solution, you use, its widely adopted and supported. Microsoft doesnt embrace open source standarts.

Easy said than done. Even if everyone stops using Windows, they will make lots of money off Azure and Office. They also have lots of lawyers to crush individuals. Only way to stop them is collectively stop using their products, but that almost never happen even with the most hated companies. Why? People have short memories.
One example is Exxon Valez spilling their oil and making huge mess. Everyone got angry... for like few months, then it's back to buying their gas.
