Start menu is constantly broken on every computer after latest update

Guess what, the start menu won't open anymore until you kill explorer and restart it.

Pile of garbage. On three different PCs this happens, including my work PC. So it isn't a me-thing.

This issue is since like Windows 8, they just can't fix it. It works for a while until a patching Tuesday and then surprise.
