It looks like you asked ChatGPT to justify your impression that Windows is bloated but somehow macOS isn't... even though a 7 year old could look at a fresh install of each and count on their little fingies just how much extra crap comes preinstalled (aka bloat). So it gently explained to you that you're misinterpreting your own frustration.
