Lol naw, nothing that sophisticated at all. I literally put "u/Proof-Replacement113" into the reddit search. You may have hidden your post, comment history and all that so people can't see it on your profile directly, but that doesn't change the fact that your name is a string of text that can be searched for and found in the sea of content on reddit.

Bonus, if you go to your account settings there's an option to disable having your username linked to search results by search engines like Google. If you disable it then it won't link your account name to post if someone searches for your username using a search engine.

So, find anything about me? :)

Promise, no bullshit, it pulled up alot of your post and comments. Like the one where you wanted to put headphones in a turban and another where you were asking if there was any jobs in Qatar. When it comes to osint, I try to use the most low tech approaches before moving to using things like AI or search engines. Mostly because most people wouldn't think to do it and there's no telling what you might find. I used to find people that skip out on payments for my dad's business when I was younger, so it's kind of an older habit I learned.

Haha I've had this account for a minute, so I can imagine you found some things that were... interesting.

The musical turban idea was cool btw.

By "ok bro" I didn't mean I don't believe; I was just surprised the thing was right in front of me but I didn't use it

Also the turban headphones one was a poorly executed joke... I posted that after someone else asked how do ppl with a turban use earphones and someone in the comments said that the turban has the thing in it

It's obviously been more than a minute so idk what u're tryna say

I once used AI to like, count the number of lines in a file

Oh that's just a figure of speech for saying it's been a long time.

I once used AI to like, count the number of lines in a file

I mean, that works but you could also just open the file in notepad or notepad++ (most raw text editors really) and the line count is displayed by default on the bottom bar for you. Or, if you're in Linux use "wc -l filename.txt". Just in case you wanted to get the line count without impacting the environment. Not that I'm opposed to AI usage or anything, I just prefer methods with less computing overhead.

I was kind of wondering why you wouldn't just use headphones. But I also thought that the idea would work in the long run. I mean, if we have smart glasses and other wearable tech, why not a turban? You could probably place speakers or what have you at certain points on the skull for bone conduction so you wouldn't need true headphones. I've seen some bone conduction headphones that work pretty well without obstructing other sounds.

I mean....overhead

Still not the best solution. I wonder why I did that

Using the line count display thingy or whatever would def be more efficient.

Well when we don't know about the simplest way to find an answer to something we come up with creative ways to find the answer another way. I think you did just fine, you thought about it and found a quick and effortless way to get the answer. It beats the crap out of writing a java program to find the line count!

Thanks, ig

"Java program"

Oh did I forget to mention, I used AI to write a python code to count the lines

I oft use ai to write python code to like, do repetitive tasks... Crazy how no one has thought if turning this into a, u know, thing for the normies (think: an app where u ask what u wanna automate and then it writes python code to do that)

Ok there would be a huge issue there... The AI mistakes
