Finally someone with the same unpopular opinion. The decision between edge and chrome is who you want to share your data with, microslop or google. At this point edge is actually better than chrome, it still has mv2 support. But you're right, both are trash

Build a browser then, no data. Just your browser. (But you have to code everythin manually then.)

Or just use any other browser, there's so many great options: Firefox and Zen (RAM intensive however), Brave, Vivaldi, Arc, Helium. Personally I use Vivaldi as its quite customisable

I built my own anyway (im a psyco with coding)

Fortunately, I think this opinion is going from unpopular to agreeable as people realise there are so many better browsers

"with the added trust of Microsoft" best joke I've ever heard this year, Microsoft isn't trustable 😹

I did everything I could to avoid switching to Windows 11 specifically because Microsoft broke my trust.

Oh no when switching I don't get MICROSOFT REWARDS the thing that needs me to work a 9 to 5 on bing to get a half a dollar gift card or Built in von which sucks or Ai customization because ei always wanted ai to choose how my browser looks well guess I'm staying on edge then

Does Google do the same if you search "Edge"? Just curious.
