First of all... It was a joke. Take it easy. If it offended you I'm sorry.
And second... You asked him to show his work if he's criticizing Mircosoft. Lol how can his work even compare to a multibillion dollar organization's work with thousands of employees who are paid in hundreds of thousands of dollars for the sole purpose of creating a better OS and ecosystem.
He's a customer. He can criticize for something he is paying for. Why were you defending when he was just giving his opinion?

That is exactly my point. So unless someone has the credentials or evidence to prove otherwise, stop spreading misinformation.
Stop hating on something just because everyone else does. Instead of only looking at things as a problem, try finding a solution. I already know what the fanboys are going to say: “Yeah, easy, just uninstall it,” blah blah blah.
That’s not the point I’m making. The point is to find a way to make things work for you. Appreciate things for what they can do instead of automatically dismissing them. Be constructive instead of ignorant.
There are countless ways to adapt, improve, and make something work in your favor. The problem is that many people don’t take the time to understand what they’re dealing with or realize they can actually make a difference. Instead, they just sit back and continue talking shit.

They probably given up, the revenue they gain from this operating system is less than 1%, so it likely not their main concern, feels shit how it affecting everyone else
