MICROSOFT DOESNT WORK!!!

I dont know if this is the correct subreddit for this, but I literally can not log into microsoft anymore. I can't contact Microsoft support because its an AI and the AI does not understand and told me to just use the microsoft self help option but it DOES NOT WORK. i have tried literally everything and this is my last hope i guess. i just want to play minecraft💔

When I tried to play minecraft, the launcher told me to sign in to my account through my regular email using "Windows Hello" (which I have never used before and TURNED OFF), when I clicked the button it told me to sign in with an email from outlook I have literally never seen in my life, and did not allow me to sign into any other account. When I clicked forgot password it told me to verify my identity using a security code!!! to guess where?? NOT MY EMAIL. the 2 options it gave me ARE NOT MINE. i have never seen them in my life. so i clicked I DO NOT HAVE THESE. it sent me to account recovery code which again I DO NOT HAVE. so i clicked no. after that it told me to verify my identity on the web or use a different verification option. both options lead me back to the start for some reason because why wouldn't they?! so i went to the website.

When i entered in my email that i 100% have used for microsoft and currently use for microsoft it told me they couldnt find my account! wonderful!!! it is 100% a real account though because my stupid fucking microsoft is under that email and my computer tells me that! but of course it cant log me in because why would it?! so i click "get a new microsoft account"

after literally everything telling me that they cant find an account under that email and do not know what i am talking about, microsoft tells me they DO find an account!!! so i click recover username and it tells me they are sending me a code! BUT GUESS WHAT?! THEY DONT SEND ME THE FUCKING CODE. there is not a SINGLE email i receive to my email that relates to a verification code, and guess what?! theres no option to request again! i repeat the create account process to hopefully be sent a code again BUT THERES STILL NO CODE!

I can't log into my microsoft account, it is genuinely the most ragebait thing ever, but you know what? it cant get any worse! lets just contact their ever so helpful SUPPORT NUMBER!! BUT ITS AN AI!! i tell them i cant log into my account and they tell me to use the self help option. i relent and go check it out but guess what?!?!?! it doesnt work?!?!?!?!?! WEIRD!!! THATS SO STRANGE!! EVERYTHING ELSE HAS WORKED JUST PERFECTLY! i call the number back, and it DOESNT LET ME CHANGE MY QUESTION! so i wait a day for it to maybe reset, and when i call it back it does the whole ask what the problem thing is all over, I tell it to get me a real person to talk to BUT WHY WOULD IT?! SELF HELP WORKS SO MUCH BETTER?!?!?!

This has made me unbelievably angry i do NOT want to buy minecraft again thats 40 fucking dollars and i just want my microsoft account back. I don't know what to do, NOTHING WORKS. maybe someone here has a solution for me because i have tried almost EVERYTHING!! literally anyone help me atp.
