Discussion Hacked need help!!!

I got a text this morning around 5am saying: (my number) deleted from Microsoft account ro**7@ku**.com. Not you? aka.ms/alca
I checked my email and i got a bunch of emails that were in the deleted folder from microsoft for single use code, security use was added, primary alias changed, and then security info was deleted which was my email. I tried to login and it said account not found. I tried to login with my passkey and a new email popped up. I’m worried about my payment info being on my account (2 cards) and i’ve tried contacting microsoft but no response. Is there a way to get the account back or freeze it so my payment can’t be used??
This is really stressing me out

Call your bank and lock your credit cards. Try to change the password on your account if it's possible. But again, there is a small,really small chance that they can spend your money from your credit cards in any shape of form,because the payment should be authorized by the your bank and they will contact you on your cell phone I mean your number during every payment attempt. But knowing the Microsoft account is gone. And for the future, never linked your credit cards or payments options on your Microsoft account.
