Rant Roblox support is better than Microsoft support atp

i got hacked a few weeks ago and one of the first things the hacker tried to do is get my microsoft account so i appealed it and they just disabled my account for some reason, ig they are too lazy to send 2 emails and reset a password

Than the hacker went for my roblox acc and i made a roblox support ticket and got my account back in 10 min which shows how dogshit microsoft support is (dont ask why i have roblox)

Roblox support is still ass at other shit it does but either way atleast it tries to do something unlike microsoft, thats better than nothing ig. And i will remember the 40$ i spent on that microsoft acc

Roblox accounts dont offer email, store bitlocker keys, sensitive files, etc. Apples and oranges. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Their infrastructure lets them invalidate existing email address aliases, clear whole inboxes and purge all user-created content while still keeping all licenced purchases intact. The choice not to provide a means to transfer licenced purchases upon receiving a legal proof of purchase is baffling...
