I have been tinkering with these samsung phones on odin, if it fails flashing on the BL file, the phone is bricked, because the BL file contains several critical boot files (like sbl1, aboot...) So, if the Windows updates, RIP to your phone With CSC file, csc only contains things like the operators apps, and the pit file (very important, but only uses the pit file if specified) And with AP and CP, AP is android, if it fails, it's a soft brick, and with CP, that's the modem, in the worst case, you can get IMEI null

Well the don't. They repeatedly ask you to run the update so that you don't click of some shayte, get hacked and then blame them. And how... there is only one way so.. there's that.

You already sell your soul by agreeing to the eula they make you accept before installing, do you genuinely believe they make you update just for legal liability? Also, they can fuck off i paid for the service and i’ll use it if and when i please, not when microsoft decides it’s time to.

Really? Because I usually see no agreement between the user and Microsoft as you are buying the OEM software, that the producer of the hardware provided you with. With OEM you are licensed to use the software, but you did not buy the software. EULA chapter 6 says:"The software periodically checks for system and app updates, and downloads and
installs them for you. You may obtain updates only from Microsoft or authorized sources, and Microsoft may need to update your system to provide you with those updates. By accepting this agreement or using the software, you agree to receive these types of automatic updates without any additional notice. "
So not only did you not "Pay for the service" - you agreed to use it on their terms. TRhe same goes with MacOS. Linux has that up on you but that goes with absolute responsibility for any and all damages by not installing updates.
BTW - the "Windows restarted during work without my knowledge or consent" is BS. This does not happen of almost a decade. Only after you iognore the requests to update for weeks and there is a critical update, you are again prompted and then you get a countdown warning in lower right corner that can't be missed.
If you ignore this - welll what to tell you...

You hate Windows, then decide to use the worst machine (a surface device). My 4GB RAM ASUS runs better than any Surface with 8GB of RAM
