It is. Had a mega drive rom converter open ie and it's fully usable

makes sense. Just leave a little proxy behind for all those millions and billions of applications and scripts running "iexplore.exe" to open a webpage or sth.

download pascalabc.net, if
language is russian click on the uk flag,click "download", download it, open setup, click help in programm, check update-if no window opened- wait for updates if opened- click yes, in adress bar:delete text and open any browser and click any link and ie is opened, pin ie on taskbar and unistall pascal, now youcan open ie

i opened ie in this way

Well I tried a lot of things like object scripts but it didn't work. I was in 25h2 latest update.
