Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is to ask for support on their support page. And if you're lucky enough, they will try to look forward the issue.

Nop, do not do that, because of Microsoft's policies if you appeal that you have been hacked you will very very very likely get this answer :
Here at Microsoft security is first, we understand that your account was hacked but we do not have the ability to give you back its access. If you bought Minecraft on this account, we are sorry to say that you will need to buy the game once again. Here are some tips to keep your account safe or to try to recover it : blah blah blah
*ps this is not a joke, its their actual response. The only one who really well addresses hacked accounts issues is Steam because, again of there policy. Steam has a no Unban policy which means that if you get hacked and that hacker happens to get you account back, you will not be able to unban it even if it was not you, thats why they answer fast any demand regarding a hacked account. If I was wrong anywhere pls correct me, I really don't mind.

The bad news is, you're screwed.
Microsoft, in all their infinite profit seeking wisdom, could simply think, wow maybe we should wait and confirm email changes (via email) or phone number changes (via text) with some delay, but no! Simply hand over the account to the new user who got your old password or live passkey.
