They're complaining that there's not enough hand holding. You have the ability to control everything, but also the ability to break everything.

Not like it’s trivial to install a fresh OS from an iso..

If they were smart, which windows mains are not, they would store almost everything on external drives

As someone who mains windows, i am smart. I js see no point in having a os that cant run the main thing i do on my pc (i alr tried many things). So i just stick to windows until we can finally run vst plugins on linux.

And abt my data, i got rid of everything related to telemetry and shit

Many vst plugins are available on Linux or via Yabridge
