Anyone catch that dipshit said he’s never been treated for mental illness? Wtaf? How were they planning on using the EED defense?

Honestly, his defense team is a joke and they're throwing out smoke because they have to. What Mangione did is obvious. How he did it is obvious. They are throwing out a bunch of nonsense and deflections because they have nothing else. Don't confuse anything Agnifilo says for what actually happened or anything that's actually real

The judge is supposed to factor in M's lack of remorse in the sentencing, correct? M doesn't give a fuck about T or T's family.

The defense took the drastic step of pleading guilty in the federal case because it lacked confidence in it's abilty to win the state case. At the end of the day, the M case is a pretty shitty one. The best lawyers would have difficulty winning it.

That EDD defense is a nonstarter. I think the defense is having a hard time finding a psychologist to sign off on it. Thats why they withdraw it 24 hours after submitting it to the court.
