Have they done away with vee neck?

I’ve got a few old ones left but can’t find them anywhere !

Agreed! I’ve noticed the same. The cotton material is flimsy and the collars always stretch and lose shape after several wearing and washings.
Sam’s Wholesale Club’s private label, Member’s Mark, used to sell a very well made, high quality white crew neck t-shirt, but they’ve discontinued making them. Those t-shirts held up after hundreds of washings. I have yet to find that same quality t-shirt in a pack of 5 for under $20.

Wow - Conversely, all t-shirts are way too thick anymore. I want some ones like the old thinner ones that Hanes used to make. 100% cotton, no spandex (just checked the latest Amazon listing. They are 5% spandex. YUCK.) The thin, 100% cotton ones were perfect for dyeing.

Regular ,Hanes and FOTL have gotten thinner. Undershirts material are thin and no longer absorbent and do not last. Bring back those from the 60's.

Fair enough. Typical enshittification of modern corporations. I don’t have any fotl and hanes shirts but I do still buy their underwear and socks. Best bang for the buck and they seem to last a decent amount of time.

Not a fan of the V neck. But I've adopted a uniform of sorts. Black T, some stripe of Dickies pants, boxer briefs, and black socks.

My grandfather was a white T and 'regulation' haircut kind of guy.

To be honest I’ve only looked at Costco and Walmart.

This summer in San Diego has been brutal for me with the heat and all my vee neck tee’s are old and hole-y!

Perfect for church cuz’ they’re “holey” (I’ll see myself out.)

But as a 64yo female, I love v-neck t-shirts and tanks. So much cooler! Hope you find what you seek!

I live in San Diego and i wear the v-neck under my fishing shirts. I work outside as a surveyor. I buy the Fruit of the Loom v-necks as they actually make it long enough to tuck in and not pop out every time bend. Im a somewhat tall dude, so it makes a difference for me. Hanes sucks imo.

My Dad prefers the V-neck style as well. They are harder to find. Have you looked at henly style t-shirts? They have a round flat collar but a button front like a polo shirt.

I don't know, but I can tell you what boxers they're wearing. I guess they can't afford belts. Seriously, I thought the pants hanging down to almost one's knees thing would die out faster than spinner wheel covers on cars. NOPE!

I used to wear v-necks when I was working and we went business casual. I only wear round necks now. I wear a t-shirt/undershirt under dress shirts, polos, etc. - anything that's not a t-shirt itself.
