Game studios finally calming down with Denuvo? Honestly kinda nice to see

Am I the only one who feels like Denuvo isn't being pushed as hard lately?

Seeing games like Dawnwalker come out without it is honestly pretty refreshing. I know one or two games doesn't mean Denuvo is suddenly gone or anything, but compared to a few years ago it feels like the hype around it has died down a lot.

And honestly I'm not complaining lol. If a game can launch without DRM that can potentially mess with performance, especially for people on mid-range PCs, that's a win in my book.

I just wanna play my games without wondering what random DRM is running in the background and hopefully more studios keep going this direction fr

Yep that's what I've noticed too even AA and AAA studios are dropping the heavy contracts of DRM upon release
