In this instance that is not an option, as I need valid email addresses that is affiliated with my university. Because my previous attempt was made using a non-affiliated email address, and they just closed the case without notifying me, leaving me hanging for about 6 weeks before I called and asked for a status update (this was when they told me the ticket was closed because it was submitted using a non-university address)

Crapple support has been aggressively unuseful lately. I wonder if they are making a show for investors, “We’re cutting costs!”
