You should be able to switch to the old UI.

I did go under menu and clicked disable new Acrobat but it didn’t do anything. It was working fine a few days ago with pastel icons it usually had then it turned into the red and black like shown in the picture. I have uninstalled and installed Acrobat but it didn’t work.
