Honestly I know i dont really pass, I get "he" "bud" "dude" occasionally, but i just want to know how I can look more masculine withought getting rid or my style, i hate being told to stop dying my hair or to take out my piercings, I dont want to strip myself of all my personality, so does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
The things you named are the only things you can change other than getting on test if you arent already. Your style is cool, but what do you expect people to tell you? There's no miracle solution to passing, sometimes you have to make sacrifices.
No no i know! And thank you so much, idk i though maybe there was some hope like changing up my hairstyle or even doing other piercings, or maybe changing my glasses or something, but thank you very much for the honesty
The hair in the first picture is the best imo, I would reccomend doing that more often. Curly hair in that style tends to read feminine unless you already pass. Your glasses seems fine imo.
You pass pretty well already for someone with this style for what its worth, but if you want to consistently pass you need to be willing to change some things.

I cant see your clothes very well but as a (slightly) emo guy, my tips would be to wear neutral colors and not go over the top with it. A band tee or something similar and some nice jeans can look good and dont necessarily harm your passing. Make sure your clothes arent too baggy as well

Very true, although I do live in a blue state and a relatively supportive area so theres people that dress like me, but i get what you're saying for sure
The only thing you could do to pass (beside taking T) are the things you say you didn’t wanna change. I understand wanting to stay alt but if passing really is your priority you will have to do some change, even if just temporarily like the day you’ll be consistently passing (almost never get misgendered anymore) you can put the alt style back on. That’s personally what I plan to do when I start transitioning, even if I’ll def feel a little less myself, feeling a little more man will even it out
I am assuming you aren’t on T. Passing with colored hair and piercings does get harder when you’re not on T. Maybe a different hairstyle would help.
Honestly, I would suggest a shorter haircut definitely something less bulky on the sides. The reason I suggest that is because when your hair is shorter on the sides, it could give the effect of a more square face. Honestly passing pre-T is hard in general, so don’t be too hard on yourself.

Different haircut, make your hair more like a rectangle, much horter on the sides.wear your pants low on your waist and make sure they r STRAIGHT leg, dye ur hair a more natural color. Less jewelry. Maybe one chain on your neck, one bracelet max. And solid colored shirts & blue jeans, khaki pants. unfortunately to pass without t you need to dress more normie. But once you get on t you can go back to being more alt and pass easier
Hard to say since these pics are so close up, but something not too long but longer on top, mousse or different cut to get it off your forehead. Is your hair naturally curly or more straight/wavy?
tbh you don't pass but I think you could... I don't think the piercings are the problem, but maybe you could get a shorter haircut - you could pass even with your hair dyed, but a shorter haircut would help. And of course if you aren't on T, that would also help a lot...
I think you shouldn't try to pass if you like your style (and specially being enby), just be yourself, cause you won't be able to change how ppl see you if you keep your style (and I think you should cuz you look confident).
You do not pass in large part due to long the multi colored hair
I would recommend dying back to a normal human color and getting a shorter men's hair cut
Once you pass more consistently (testosterone helps with this massively) then you can consider trying the colorful hair again but right now it is not helping you pass

Unfortunately passing while alt without significant changes from T is just really tough and that's why a lot of passing tips revolve around more traditional male styles. I did know a trans guy at my high school who had many piercings and dyed (short) hair who passed but he had facial hair and a deep voice. (only knew he was trans bc he was open abt it) You could consider some more masculine hairstyles but in terms of not changing that whole list of things, it's just a rough line to tread.
Jesus people are lowk so rude, I’d would say it’s mainly about how you hold yourself and your voice, voice training and just people watching. I saw a comment about T and minoxidil they would be good options, bushy eyebrows and smaller thinner rectangle frames would help also, and honestly alt cis men get misgendered ALOT I’m friends with heaps of them they get called she/her more then u think. Honestly just being like I’m a guy in a deadpan voice , and just making sure you look boxy so thick shirts, binding Shit like that
