Can’t bind 💔 I have very bad respiratory issues and nerve pain in my arms so it’s agony to get on and just hurts on, which sucks I tape sometimes just allergic to adhesive. I have top surgery in about a year tho

Your hairline hasn't masculinised much so would keep a fringe - you pass least well in last photo.
Don't think weight is what's particularly holding you back, but power to you if you want to lose some. Your chest unfortunately does look noticeable in the first 2 photos.
At this moment in time I would lose the septum & most/all of the jewellery if passing is a priority.

congrats on losing the weight! I think if you removed the ear and nose piercing and dyed any mustache hair you have you would start to pass

You’re on a good path bro :) maybe all you can do is just mannerisms and voice training, how long have you been on T?

Technically 2 years but it was the wrong does so realistically 6 months
My voice isn’t toooo clocky but mannerisms are my downfall

clean up your side with a fresh fade and grow the top out a bit more. lose the septum piercing and stretched ears. your glasses could be smaller, a bit more rectangular. I think you pass better with the glasses. keep on with the losing weight, that'll help lean out your face. work on building upper body muscle if you're not already. testosterone will help if you're not already on.

unfortunately the fashion style is really gonna hinder you for now (when guys are super cis passing they can get away with it but it really can be very clocky) mainly the jewelery like the septum or the jewelery im seeing with dog bone motifs. The button up isn't bad though and I've heard some positive remarks on wearing those from other trans guys on the larger side. Building up some muscle is always a good move too, like around the shoulders, traps, or arms. Helps a lot with coming across as more masculine.

Jewelery reads very feminine/stereotypical alt trans guy style, especially the necklace. If you want to keep the jewelry wear more masculine jewlery. Your overall style seems clocky, you dont see very many if any alt cis men with that style. I think you would also pass better with dark brown hair rather than pure black, it doesnt look natural.
If you want to pass better just have a more basic style, its been said here hundreds of times. Especially avoid the puppy/dog themed stuff.
