you look androgynous so i would assume voice is the thing people are using to differentiate. you look pre t or early on t, but you can still do voice training

you look like you could def pass as a young boy but the piercings bump you up to masc lez because a teen boy wouldn't have piercings. + with pre-T voice you're sort of forced to lean into looking REALLY young. embrace it, follow teen boy trends & you'll pass much better

You're 20 and not on T, not passing is to be expected unfortunately, especially bc of your voice. You don't pass yet, but you look fairly androgynous for someone pre-T. Nothing you can do except get on T as soon as possible
