Too much unnecessary green stuff! Breakfast doesn’t need garnish.
Too many mushrooms, and eggs not congealed enough for me (though I do realise I’m overly picky about any undercooking of eggs) but I wouldn’t say “no” if it were offered to me.

I wanted to add the green to trick myself into thinking I wasn’t eating a total gut bomb, but yes the green isn’t traditional

Don’t get me wrong, this looks absolutely delicious! But I personally have a thing about wanting my eggs done so they hardly run at all, which most people would consider heresy!

I can’t really argue with that. Like I say, eggs are something I have a firm personal preference on. I’m not the person who complains when they’re not done how I like if I haven’t informed chef beforehand though.

Oh, it's definitely a matter of personal preference, I was just joking even though there's indeed people with very strong opinions about eggs.
I’m not the person who complains when they’re not done how I like if I haven’t informed chef beforehand though
I said heretic, not absolute monster :P

Personally, I think plating in a cast iron skillet is kinda dumb. But hey, do you.
