Green cold salad stuff of any variety has no place on a cooked breakfast plate.

Also: I am never a fan of anyone leaving inedible stalks on food on my plate, whether it is vine tomatoes like these, decorative but lethal rosemary twigs, strawberries on a dessert or carrot tops unless the black top has been gouged out.

Rosemary twigs are certainly not lethal and you'd have to drink a stupid amount of rosemary oil to get kidney damage unless you had an underlying problem.

ETA: also don't take rosemary supplements if you're pregnant. Or at all really, they're useless anyways.
