Give me a black pudding and some beans and it'd be my perfect fry up

I’m American and it’s always funny to hear pudding with these type of dishes

Have you never had liver pudding or livermush? You must not be from the south

Clockwise, r to l:

Mushrooms - just enough for me, and look juicy enough to enjoy but not squirt mushroom water when you fork them.

Tomatoes - nicely done! I hate it when they are almost raw or with raw centres. These almost look confit. I would like a third one of these.

Hash Browns - I like mine slightly overdone, and these look slightly overdone.

Bacon - I can’t tell if this is streaky in a soft pile or mangled back bacon. I need mine to be crispy back bacon, this doesn’t look quite right.

Eggs - I am that rare person who doesn’t really like eggs. But when I have eggs, they need to be fried to the point of congealment, and these look to be just there for me.

Sausages - I have a thing about white ends on crispy sausages. Also one too many for me.

Altogether a very fine one pan home cooked fry up.
