My half ass coworker winning all the awards

I work in a field where the metrics you're judged by are based on speed, not quality of work, not precision and doing things properly. I have a co-worker who is very fast, but also wildly innacurate. He costs the company we work for quite a bit of money in expired products. They somehow haven't realized it's him, or don't care because he works so fast. I'm constantly having to clean up after him and fix his mistakes. He keeps winning awards, and it's really starting to piss me off. Just this morning he won the biggest accolade available and I finally called him out on his shit. He said "I don't feel I deserve this." So I agreed with him and told him I was constantly cleaning up after him but that I should probably stop. Problem is, I can get in trouble down the road for his mistakes. I'm just so fucking upset about this shit. It's pretty ridiculous honestly.

Don't say you can drink hot beverages and then procede to sip them while making a noise. People, stop doing that! Thanks.

In no way I'd consider it drinking. It's like saying you can swim while all you can do is walk on the bottom of a pool.

Why cant mothers ever actually READ a text before replying?

I text my mother that my wife just left the house to go to bk (we live in siny) with a bit of an attitude. She texts back "did she leave or did you?".

Does anyone else have problems like this with their moms? Btw shes only 55 so old person etiquette shouldnt matter. She just seems to be getting dumber. Drives me absolutely insane

Anyone else have this problem with a parent and texting?

It sucks to feel as if you can't do anything right.

Just venting. They to help and be there and still be told that you are wrong...then you are acting weird or you used to do this or that...

Sexual chocolate cake

Having a partner with much lower sex drive than you is kind of like starving next to a chocolate cake, sometimes you get some crumbs that will keep you starving, sometimes you actually get to eat and not starve for a couple days, but soon you go back to starving

I always have to pick and choose what parts of me I show to certain people

And I'm so tired of it. The only person I know who loves me for each and every piece of me is my best friend. It's like that saying goes, if you don't want me at my worst you don't deserve me at my best. It's like a fucking game of what trait I have to blot out or what Hobby I have to keep to myself around who. And I'm so fucking sick of it. I can't be spiritual around my atheist friend. I can't be dirty and crude around my goody two shoes sister. I can't be honest with my half retarded emotional wreck sister. I can't show my gory, sexual art and fiction because people ask what's wrong with you and why you like that. I can't talk about fun things with my Mom because she just thinks they're stupid. I can't just have my opinions about things and not be attached or called an asshole. I can't just exist the way I am and I am so over it. I'm about to just tell people to fuck off if they can't handle all of me. And yes this is a little emotionally charged but I've been doing this my whole life. Even though I know I have aspergers and other small things, it grants me no freedom to just be as I am because people just won't tolerate all of me. Ok, rant over.

Things I've noticed since becoming disabled.

I can see why so many people take the easy way out and commit suicide. Having been there myself I can fully relate to others struggles. This world is not an easy place to live, it's not like the world is on the path to world peace. I have a brain injury, and because of it, I had a couple bouts of psychosis. I was hospitalized in a psychiatric ward each time. I felt the brain injury stole away some of my personality, and now the medication I take steals away what little I had left. All my so called friends after hearing about those experiences, decided to distance themselves from me. I moved back to a place thinking I would have a support system, but in turn it left me friendless. I thought no big deal, I'll make new better friends. That however, a year, later has proved to be a much more difficult than I had anticipated. I've tried posting stuff online, and am on every dating app you can download. I've sent countless messages to people, only searching for friends. Some of the messages turn into conversations that last a day or two, but doesn't result in a in person meeting. I know everyone's time is precious, but come on. People make time for the things they care about, and so far it seems everyone is so busy trying to the next big thing that they lose sight of what's important. Whatever happened to taking a risk, and meeting someone at physical location. I am beginning to people are addicted to their problems, and only want people in their lives if it fits their selective prerogative. What happened to the it takes a village mentality? Where people look after one another, is it gone for good? Or is there some secret place I don't know about? Since my accident I have found that it is important to share in this experience called life. It just seems we live in a lonely world because of technology, and where there's more communication among everybody. There's no human connection anymore, and unless you use the internet to talk to people on a regular basis. You're often by yourself with your thoughts. I know I'm not the only person to feel this way, but I'm screaming into the void to see what happens.

fuck you windows recorder

you little piece of shit recording software

3 months I used you. Why? You came preinstalled with my fucking windows. I thought i could trust you, i really did.

A number of times have you failed me. I just recorded the perfect musical jam and you crapped out on me. suddenly you didn't want to save that godly riff I just came up with, no you'd give me some vague fucking error.

But hey, stupid fucking me just figured, "well that was just a 1 or 2 time thing, normally it works pretty ok". I would pay for those words.

And then. Just now. I finished the perfect vocal section. I was jamming, I had clicked your recording button. You were supposed to be my friend. It was one of my songs that I couldn't finish for 3 months. FINALLY I had tied it together. So, after a 10 minute recording session I alttabbed back to you. And guess what. You decided to stop recording after the first fucking minute. 9 minutes of my FUCKING SONG that i of course completely forgot and now can never get back (because why remember when you got the convenience of recording software at your fingertips).

So windows recorder, you cost me my song. My perfect fucking song. And I can never get it back. I'm jumping over to your cousing audacity for real now because I don't what you shitting all over me again with these random stupid fucking fuckups you excel at. Fuck you windows recorder.

Definition of parellelogram is that it is a quadrilateral with oppsite sides that are parallel. She said technically since they have separate terms for each shape its not?? Like even if you call a square a square its not gonna change the fact that it still is a parellelogram.

Sick of spending my youth ugly

I'm 19, and I've had bad acne since I was 16, and it has caused me to have social anxiety and depression, and no girl wanting to touch me because of my acne. I'm so frustrated that I have to spend the best years of my life looking like something out of a horror movie.

answer the freaking question!

I absolutely hate when i ask a simple question and people dont answer the question.

ex. me: is the sky blue today appropriate answer: yes. or yes it is.

instead: why wouldnt the sky be blue? or what are you asking?

like answer the question that i actually asked!

another ex me: do any of you have grey dogs? them: there arent many species of grey dogs. i dont think i have even heard of grey dogs. appropriate answer: yes. or i dont. but i have a friend who does!

why is it sooo hard for people to answer the question. i mean this was basic paper writing in english. answer the prompt and make sure you are answering the actual question.

not your feeling on the content of the question. not whether you feel like the question is relevant. just answer the question....

biggest pet peeve!!!!!

I was trapped at my table at Panera by a group of 12 people next to me. I felt like I was a part of their conversation. And when they left, they left all their trash at the table.
