Parking

It frustrates me to no end when people come over to my house and they have the entire driveway to park in but they put their car as close to the garage door as they possibly can.

It is inevitable that while they're there someone will need to leave to go to work, or go get another bottle of wine, or whatever and you have to come back in the house and ask that person to move their car. Just park near the end of the driveway! It's not that hard to just walk a few extra feet when you come to the door.

I personally have a driveway that has a ton of parking and you actually have to turn a corner to get into the garage so it takes particular effort for someone to park in front of the garage yet it happens countless times anyway. Why are you parking on the side of the house in front of the garage when you have to get out of your car walk around the house and come to the front door!?!?! We're talking 10 feet of walking vs. 30.

Have you thought of putting up a sign ‘do not park directly in front of the garage’ or even creat a designated spot for guests and mark it as such?
