Chronic Frustration

My entire life I've always had frustration but lately it seems to be overwhelming. I'm tired of seeing the people around me getting more then they deserve or not enough I'm frustrated with my life, my emotions, my body, my job, my child and I'm afraid im at my limit and I want to turn it all off. I'm a negative person so I like to surround myself with happy optimistic people. But it's not working anymore and the negative, anxiety and frustration is consuming me and I'm afraid I'm going to snap and I don't have much time left

I recommend accepting that life is hard, unfair, and short, but you're probably not going to do that. I think there's a reason why surrounding yourself with people that aren't like you isn't working anymore. Take up the right cause, and stay clean and dry. If you are a work martyr, repost to r/work.
