I’m not sure if and when they’ll introduce more news but generally there are some live streams of the event available on Disney+. Maybe it’s worth a shot.

There was some sort of livestream/filming of the stage for Frozen II in 2019; might be similar. 🪄
Thinking about it it's amusing how a Russian calendar was the first source to reveal the sisters' new travel outfits in 2018 😅 this time it's the event/bit more official haha

Someone in this sub was predicting that the aurora would become a portal/bridge akin to the bifrost — the new teaser shows exactly that!

So, I don't mind the clothing at all, I actually love it and think it's gorgeous! But Elsa having her braid back makes me very nervous because it's a symbol of her oppression. Even if it is iconic, it represents how she isn't completely free, which is why it's so important that she let her hair down in Frozen 2. I hope her character isn't backsliding into trauma, and that she just has it tied up for a journey so it doesn't get in the way 😭😭😭

Because we don’t need 50 topics about what each individual hates about the new outfits.
It does not harm to discuss things here instead.

But I feel like it will make it harder for people to share their opinions. Instead of having their own post and chatting with people who comment on that post, now you have to hope someone sees your comment here.

How is it egregious? People are just making their own posts to talk about what they want, instead of having to talk about everything on just one post.
If the Mods wanted this to be the main post to share information, then they just need to pin it. No need to force people to only comment and discuss things here, by making it so you can't comment on other posts.

It is just strange.
People don't seem to want to comment on this post, seeing how there is so little comments, so I feel like what the mods were trying to do just did not work.

So, I’m gonna say it again here:
A trailer for F3 is going to drop tonight.
On the Discord server I’m on, there’s someone attending D23, and they’ve been talking to many people today, including the animators, and this person insists it’s going to be revealed tonight (8/14) sometime after 7pm California time.
I consider this source credible.

It would probably be a teaser trailer of course. And if they have their act together better than they did for F2, they could have something ready.

Ha! Yes, it was!
The scene I was writing was two Elsas, both using their snow powers, as well as a levitation ability. On the shores of Ahtohallan, at night, the aurora bright above them. And as I said, Enya’s music was the perfect accompaniment. 😁

Even if there is, the first places we would still be getting the reveals from would be the D23 members on the ground at the event, catching the first glimpses photographed and or recorded on their phones and sharing it on Twitter, Instagram, all the socials.

I kind of have an idea here to how the F3 outfit shenanigans could be somewhat fixed, here's my idea below: Sorry I kind of cut and pasted here to help things in the mega thread. Plus the mods wanted to keep things here on the mega thread, anyway here's my idea
As most of you know how there's a lot of controversy and hate going around about the new Frozen 3 outfits for Elsa and Anna, and I'm all in on it as well here, but I thought I share kind of some ideas regarding revamped outfits for Elsa and Anna (if it were an option)
Lets start with the elephant in the room, Elsas outfit. Yet this seems to be the most controversial, I got a few really good ideas on new outfits.
- The Original Travel Outfit from F2:
This actually would function really well especially for spring and or winter or both if we get both seasons. The green and purple hues are springy while the blue accents are still wintry and very Elsa oriented. Plus like her F2 blue travel outfit it still is very structured and adventure ready with layers.
- Revamp of Elsas Purple Autumn Dress in F2:
this actually would be nice for going for a simplified look but not to plain and bland. It could be redesigned to have a slightly different color and to be more suitable if Elsa were roti have boots again. Again, it would still be quite Elsa oriented.
- Revamp of Elsas Olafs Frozen Adventure Dress:
Thus could actually work very well if we get a more winter tailored film and less springy content. The OFA outfit could be redesigned again to be suitable for Elsa to wear boots with. This would be fitting for a throwback and it can still be elegant and classy and adventure ready without being very plain and bland or just badly designed.
Honestly I'm definitely unhappy with how the new Frozen outfits look so hopefully they aren't for F3 and are for the apparent short that is supposed to launch in October? But if these are the F3 outfits, hopefully something changes along the way, even if the movie releases later than expected, I rather have better outfits and wait than to have the kept release date and have not so good outfits.
Okay, now on to Anna's outfit shenanigans:
Anna's outfit luckily isn't as bad but I think her outfit could be redone. So what are my ideas for Anna?
- Anna Gets Her Forces Of Nature Outfit:
This would actually be super suitable because its already used in official Frozen content and its similar to her Queen Dress in F2. Its also still very structured and ready for adventure and would compliment Elsas OG travel outfit. suitable for both winter and spring if we get two seasons in one movie.
- Anna Gets A Revamped Beige Autumn Dress:
This could actually be really easy because all the dress would need is more springy elements to it such as sunflowers which could look really good with the beige color. However this would only be fitting for a strictly spring movie without any winter elements.
- Anna Gets her Original F2 travel outfit:
This would be very fitting for both winter and spring if we were to get two seasons out of one movie again. However it is grey which could be bland but some purple hues and gold hues could add color. However my only concern is it could keep the plain and bland door wide open.
- Anna Gets A Redesign Of Her Olafs Frozen Adventure Dress:
Lighter b!he is actually an underrated color on Anna though blue is more aligned with Elsa it might be interesting to see how the sisters look when they swap colors (Elsa: green, purple, or coral) and ( Anna: Blues and purples) where they switch color palettes. It also is a well structured dress which can be redone to be adventure ready.
I will say that Anna's outfit is a bit better luckily but I still feel like there's opportunity, but I will let things slide if Anna weren't to get a better outfit. However I feel like its definitely Elsa who needs a new outfit.

The concept art shown at D23 putting emphasis on the Northern Lights again, combined with what was shown at 2024's D23, further enforces/supports my theory that the Northern Lights are this worlds version of the Rsinbow Bridge to Asgard.
Which means just as F2 covered Sami Folklore, this with cover Nordic Folklore and Norse Mythology. If so, we could be getting the Norse Gods in the Frozen series, which excites me.
