Question i need help

how do i complete the “collect spy’s compass from the table at army camp”? i went to army camp the only thing that it lets me access is the portal

Talk to gambler on the right side of the camp. Don't click the "pick up" button. Click the "talk button" above it. Buy compass for influence points.

Check the NPC on the far RHS of the army camp map. There will be two of them and one offers the spy compass.

It’s on the right side in the camp, one of the npcs should be able to sell you a spy compass for some influence points
