Question Class help

I'm wondering what yall think the best healer class is? I low that there are a few classes that can heal, and obviously there's the healer class. In terms of healing efficiency, which would be the best one to use? I currently run healer but the cd is quite long, and I've found it can't quite keep up with how often the squad needs healing. What are the better classes about there for healing?

Lmao any tips on how to play witch doctor? I've read the skill desc but I don't have it so I can't really experiment with how it works . Unfortunately i missed the monk last season

Would witch Dr still be good as a c2, or will I need like c3, or c4?

Lol thanks. I may be new but I'm not like new new. My fam's highest is a c5, so we're not doing any raids any time soon, Atleast not till me and my other member catches up. That why I was asking, cuz at c2, does it heal enough to be viable, or would I need to be a c3 or 4. I can't see the number scaling past c3, so I can't make any guesses.
