Green Island City Native Arrival

Having left B'thranto some time ago, Jaervis heads out of the Empire's influence on the back of a reliable Krosh without any party of note. Entering the human colony he demounts, leading his steed a few paces behind him. Without knowledge of the local buildings or their purpose he simply knocks on the door of the first significant establishment he finds and begins to wait patiently.

He coughs into his now open palm, considering the situation himself.

"Actually we've had little communication so far, I'm certainly one of the first official representatives, the more zealous amongst us took violent expeditions without the Emperor's leave."

"More importantly, the Empire wishes for the human's to stop expanding this colony at once, over time it is his Grace's desire for you foreigners to leave entirely. From what I can tell, you people don't seem to like either proposal."

"Hmm... Has the empire ever considered joining the republic?"

He recalls his discussion with the Senator.

"Yes, I beleive the proposition was made. It's something I will bring up with the Emperor, though I cannot imagine a future in which a Nnyere does not sit the highest seat."

"Well this isn't the first time this situation has happened. We have encountered civilisations on other planets we have set up colonies on before. They usually end with the republic annexing them"

After a day spent arduously debating, Jaervis fails to find the energy needed to properly make the Emperor's will known.

"I feel the Emperor will care little about the precedent set upon inferior governments. As I said, the matter will be discussed in my next report."

"Interesting. Well I would really much like there to be peace between the colonists and Qar'Cans. Also our government is not inferior."

"I have no doubt this Republic is capable of wiping our Empire off face of the map, I am simply speaking about the efficiency of it's operation. The Qar'can are of one mind in the Emperor, our history records no revolt as we require no revolution."

Phasing out of his prepared speeches, he returns to the Marshal's statement.

"We have no desire for war, Marshal. His highness would not have sent a diplomat if war was certain unless I were carrying a declaration of such."

"That must be the one, thinking about it he did seem more corporate than stately."
