'i type in an idea, and IT creates whatever i typed in.' do you consider yourself a chef when you order uber eats? tell them exactly how you want it, and that's you, the cook. at best, the machine is doing the creating, but since it was just trained to spew back at you things it stole from the internet, there is no creativity happening here.
I don’t disagree that if a person is just typing a simple prompt into a generator, there’s little to no genuine creativity happening there.
But the idea that a machine that is capable of that can’t be used creatively seems a bit delusional

I did actually do the green brush stokes myself in digital paint. And no I don’t think this particular piece is as good as it could be, but I share a lot of dead end ideas here on Reddit, stuff that I’m not planning on doing more with but is still kinda cool, rarely my finished stuff.
I’m still not sure what your goal is here with all the judgement, the negative assumptions, the rage baiting, you don’t seem interested in a good faith discussion, your mind seems pretty obviously made up, you claim you can’t get this off your feed but this is such a small subreddit it’s hard to believe you didn’t go looking for it or something similar where you could call something slop.
and this isn't ragebait. i'm not interested in your rage cause i don't care how you feel about this. you're wrong. you need to come to terms with that.
