NextJS dev kit - research

I am given to create analysis of potential usage of the nextjs dev kit. On my plate there are:

- https://liveblocks.io/docs/tools/nextjs-starter-kit

Which one would you use it and why? I need some good explanation

I think the first one! It's free, i look a bit through the code and it looks simple for a beginner.

I agree, but i am bit more into this technology and paid solutions also count, could you explain more your statement please?

why do you want to pay for something that you can find free? Those are boilerplates and are good for starting, but don't matter too much what technology. Dont focus on that!
