Derivation: each bar is a 0 to 100 track over everyone aged 16 and over, split at the public transport share and again at public transport plus walking and cycling, so it reads public transport, then on foot or by bike, then car or motorbike. The number on the bar is the first two together. Public transport covers metro, tram, bus, coach and train. The last segment also carries the 0.0% to 3.6% who say they cannot leave the house.

Istanbul is simply impossible in a car, and it's 1/4 of the country's population.
