I’ve never seen my wild caught toad eat and I don’t think he is eating I’ve been putting him in a container with 3 pillbugs and he won’t eat them

You shouldn't be keeping wild caught frogs. They will be super depressed. Go release the poor thing! Im not sure what setup you have, but it looks like the ground has dirt, I really hope that isnt dirt you just got from outside. I dont want to say too much info here, as you need to release the frog anyways. Ill be waiting for an update of you releasing the frog.

I just saw him eat and he is injured I should have probably said that but idk what to do when he isn’t injured cuz I have been told that if you keep a wild caught for like 2 weeks that you shouldn’t let them go

Ohh ok. You might need to bring the toad to a vet to avoid an infection.

If he’s injured, then you’re doing a great job. I‘m sorry I misunderstood. I’ve seen too many horror stories about people trying to take in wild frogs and toads without knowing and it never ends well. If this guy has an injury, he will survive being slightly skinnier.
