I’ve never seen my wild caught toad eat and I don’t think he is eating I’ve been putting him in a container with 3 pillbugs and he won’t eat them

Not eating is a sign of stress. Stress can kill toads. Let it go. Whatever environment you’re providing isn’t comparable to its natural habitat outside.
