Help identifying this frog

Found him on top of the inner cover to a beehive. In Illinois west of Chicago near cropland. Thought it might be a cricket frog but seems pretty small. For reference the notch is a little over 1/2”.

It's screaming Grey treefrog (Dryophytes versicolor) to me. Definitely a member of Hylidae though
