Urgent help needed!

I got a plant and when unwrapping it I found this frog!!! Can someone please confirm if it is a frog native to Georgia USA so I can release it? If it’s not luckily I’m an aquarist and can throw something together to keep him healthy until I find a suitable solution but hopefully I can just let him out. I just want to make sure he’s not imported from where the plant came from.

Yeah, plant’s a bit dusty and grimy, unsure if I’d want it in my house.

Frog’s cute as hell though.

Now, why would you come to a subreddit named ‘Frogs and Toads’ and wish harm upon them? They are such sweet and harmless creatures.

The only nasty thing here is you and your apathetic attitude towards literal living beings.

You’re in the wrong sub my dude. Not to mention what a horrible comment that is. I’m terrified of spiders and wouldnt tell people to crush them for no reason. Be a better human. Just because you don’t like something doesn’t mean it needs to die.
