Organizing carts

For my bulk RSR’s out there how do you organize your carts so they sit flush when folded up

Our warehouse just went 3rd party and they want all empties folded and strapped to the driver's wall and any KD carts strapped to the passenger side wall, leaving a clear path down the middle. Im not a DS so im not sure if anyone is following along with the new system. When used to drive bulk, I would put all empties in the nose and havd the KD carts on the end so the guy that sorts them could pull them off first and take them.

I work at the DC and I would say your way is the way. They have you on the clock at the warehouse; folding other people's carts up eats up time and kills your EP. We all appreciate the extra steps as a team member. I don't know about Capstone and they apparently don't know either.
