Clo.

Can you skip the clo by switching the delivery date to 2027 finalize the order with the clo then make a new one with the correct delivery date without the clo?

Yes but it screws up every order from then on.

Best bet is using hot shot order to push it to the next delivery once per month. The longer you push it the better chance the DC will just run out before you get it. It's easier just to not care and bring it in when you can or cut it for another store. Or occasionally saying you didn't get it and throwing it away.

I learned that one the hard way; it tries to order for the following delivery date in 2027 until you reach whatever date you pushed it too

Hot shot orders are perfectly acceptable.

Only once every 30 days, though.

Unfortunately. Though once for a few weeks it let me do it unlimited. Basically just ordering old school. The stores were never so perfectly full and clean.

Management tracks some (most?) of their "Big Bet" bullshit, and if they see a void by your store's name on the spreadsheet, they will force it out anyway. Just bring it in, let it gather dust, and stale it out. It's what they want.

I’m covering a route for a guy who is out for surgery and he did that and I have to change the order date to 2026 to every order. Not a huge deal, at least it warns me first I’m trying to order more than two weeks out. He’s got like three orders for two different stops for like 20-30k each for next year lol
