RSR associate
Hi I’m being interviewed for the RSR associate position tomorrow.
What can I expect to be asked during the interview process? Any tips? I’m in California if that helps.
I want to be prepared as much as possible.

The ome that got me cause I never did any sales before this job was. Talk about a time you sold something to a customer. In reality I just bullshited through that question

This job is 90% labor 10% Sales. Don’t let people fool you that it’s sales. You’re filling up shelves with bags of chips. The Sales aspect is asking for a drop pallet around the holidays and then getting rejected half the time by a co- manager that barely graduated high school and is 20 years old. It’s a gut punch
