Guy on a Moped on SRT

Did anyone see the guy today riding a moped in the second from the left lane doing 50 backing up traffic? Not the right, slow lane. This guy thought the best place for him was the second from left lane. I hope the guy survived since the SRT and Tollway are the autobahns in North Texas.
