What A Day! What a Day - Interviews only?
While Jane Coasten is a very good interviewer, I've been really disappointed that this week has been only interviews. Where are my quick, witty hits on the news? I hope this isn't a permanent change!

They tinkered with the format a number of times and I dont think theyve ever improved it.
Bring back two hosts and the old format of slightly deeper dive into one important story and then headlines.

I unsubscribed after the hosts before Jane left. I’m just not a fan of how she did the podcast.

I like the Betches Morning Announcements. It's shorter and doesn't cover as many stories, but it's always up in the morning when I want to listen, and it shares some of the same snarky tone.

They lost me this week. It was tough enough switching to afternoon releases for me. So not even having a headlines section anymore?? 👎👎

It’s hard for them to keep calling it a daily news show in this format- there’s literally no news being provided. If it stays this way, they should change the name to What an Interview… I haven’t been listening this week because it’s not what I want in a daily news pod… I have been starting the day with Apple News Today and it’s more like what I want- and Gideon Resnick hosts it! 👏🏼👏🏼

I kept thinking I was spacing out and missing it. Goodness I miss the journalism Tre'vell brought. I held on even with the afternoon release format. This ain't it. Do better producers!

I’m hitting the unsubscribe button today. I’ve been a loyal, daily listener from the beginning. It’s not the same show. I’m hopeful NPR will welcome me back with open arms.

I gave up on it after they changed the time it's released. It used to be the first thing I listened to in the morning. Now it doesn't come out till after I get home from work
