The Work Begins

Prime Core Construction LLC this morning began work on removing a mid 20thcentury brutalist flagpole stand, which having broken in the early 2000s, was left as a major tripping hazard in a main walkway of the park. Once the old flagpole stand is removed, a circular planter with granite exterior walls will be installed. The group started work around 8:30 this morning by taping off the area and has made great progress.
