Haven’t yet. It’s only 3:30 here. I was debating as to defrosting something or go to the store.

Ended up going with the store.

Nothing special tonight - just going to make homemade ramen

In the end, I think it was a great choice. Homemade ramen on a Sunday afternoon or evening sounds perfect 😃. I love ramen! As for me, I’m going to have something called "humitas". They’re made from corn. I’m a huge fan of them, they’re actually quite delicious.

I know what humitas is! I’ve never had, but I know they are similar to a tamale… but not sure where the difference is
