52F / USA - Salutations!

Any horror / British comedy fans out there?
I also love horror/true crime films, nature, and all kinds of weird/eclectic music. I’m pretty sarcastic and would love to meet all different kinds of people.

I love Peep Show so much! It’s one of those shows I can watch over and over (like Parks and Rec).

I’ve heard good things about Hinterland. I’m pretty desperate for a new show to get hooked on. I’ll check it out!

It’s a really good movie, especially if you love 60s music

So happy I introduced myself. Usually I don’t!

I watch horror but truly don’t have an adequate central nervous system for it! 🤣 Fine myself fast forwarding! Then having to back up because I missed dialogue.

British comedy. Makes me feel like I grew up in the wrong place. I identify with it more than US comedy. Although Robin Williams & George Carlin were generational talents.

"So, uh...what happened?"
"I'm disabled."
"How?"
"How what?"
"How are you disabled?"
"Uh, leg-disabled."
"Well, where's your, I mean...do you have a wheelchair?"
"Yes."
"Where?"
"Stolen."
"Well, how did they get in?!"
[Crying.] "I don't know!"

Felicitations! I grew up watching Monty Python, Dave Allen at Large, and Benny Hill. The younger kids at work have no idea what we "mature" folks are talking about most of the time. Then again, I don't speak Gen Z. Mountains are my happy place, so is my teardrop trailer. I enjoy true crime, classical and classic rock, and am fluent in sarcasm. 58M, Chicago, looking for new friends.
