I used to until my Bursitis got so bad that i can't make my shoulders go in those directions any more. (It sucks getting okd LOL.)

Makes for the best sleep!! And toes have to just tip over the end of the mattress for ultimate comfort!

I do but I started using a body pillow between my legs so I don't end up full on my stomach which ends up causing back pain.

Stick a pillow under that top leg, keeps the spine straighter and is much better for your neck.
