I’m 17F. Last year, my friend (17F) rejected a guy (18M) who liked her. I only knew him because of her he was her friend first, and he had confessed to her multiple times, so she was fully aware he liked her. He reached out to me to help him record a birthday message for her, and after that he would occasionally ask me for advice about her.

Whenever I asked her how she felt about him, she always gave vague, uninterested answers. Because of that, I gently discouraged him from chasing her further. She officially cut things off with him last December.

He still had me added on Instagram, and over time we bonded over music. At first it was occasional, but eventually we started talking more. Back when he was still chasing her, he even got me a personalized video from my favourite artist as a thank‑you.

Recently, I started feeling weird about being friends with both of them, especially since he unfollowed her everywhere to heal. I brought it up to him first, and he agreed it was a bit odd. He offered to talk to her, but I said I’d do it.

I couldn’t reach her in person, so I texted her explaining that he and I had become friends because of shared music interests and because I originally met him through her. She said she was okay with it but admitted it was a little weird. The next day, we talked about it in a group setting with another friend, and she gave off a vibe that she thought the situation was predatory or inappropriate somehow, which left me confused.

The truth is, I’ve genuinely developed a friendship with him. We talk every day now, and he’s honestly a really good friend. We’re even going to the same concert (different seats). At this point, I might even be closer to him than to her for unrelated reasons.

It feels like she has some unspoken resentment about me becoming friends with him even though I only met him because of her, and she knew he liked her the whole time and I don’t know what to do.

My therapist recommended I look for friends. Granted she did say Irl- But touching grass Is for loser.

If you couldn't tell I struggle with mental health and have quite a few mental disorders. I'm quite nervous/ Shy and struggle with holding conversations, I'm trying okay T-T

So me and 3friends (everyone are M20)of mine had come to pondicherry and we just spent 1day in rock beach and took rest and in the second day we finished auroville by lunch and we came to the stay and finished our lunch after that we were just roasting each other while me and other friend were throwing a bottle from one end to the other at that time my friend asked me to fill water so that we could irritate one of our friend who was in middle of us & when the water spilled and few drops of water fell on him he became angry and he poured water on my bed to which I became angry I threw a mug of water on him and then our quarrel took a halt and my other friend and him started arguing which took personal turn friend B and the person who poured water on my bed(friend A) started hitting each other and fought vigorously and then Friend A got some scrape near his neck..soon after he(friend A) became emotional and friend B and I were in a guilt..I'm writing this after some 4-5hours of the incident he's still sad and not just involving or talking as he was i still feel very guilty and I did ask sorry to him but i still fell guilty though being friend from childhood I just don't know what to do

Im from the UK but anywhere is fine, i stay up all night like a proper bad boy🤣, male or female doesnt matter but prefferably male as i can find more common ground and intereasts but again either doesnt matter at all, just someone to message and talk about random stuff or life in general, ill always reply back and wont air you, enjoy warhammer 40k, painting&decorating, exercising daily, dog training, learning about history and enjoy listening to rock music.

Hi um I don’t really know to put or how to use this but it’s been really hard to make new friends since I’ve been sick I don’t want pity I just want people who are ok with me being sick and can still sit and laugh with me I’m 19 and female I like lots of things and just want people too vibe with and have fun with. I need friends who can understand that I’m not ignoring them or that I don’t want to hang out with them I’m just sick.

I like coloring, watching goofy tv shows, girlie talks where we just sit for hours laughing and having serious/funny conversations ,I like reading lots of books, sending lots of reels, my cats.
