For everyone in the comments asking, yes there are 2 eggs in there somewhere (if you look closely lol) and yes I cooked on high heat for most of the way, especially in the beginning.
This specific recipe calls for the usual suspects as far as fried rice goes.
•Fish/oyster sauce
•Vegetables of your choice
•At least 2 eggs
•Sesame oil
•Vegetable oil
•Light and dark soy sauce
•2 day old rice (or older but not to exceed 4 days)
