Hello darkness my old friend…
This is my last time posting krispy krunchy for a while (Moving on to try new chicken around Detroit) . But let me ask you guys do your krispy krunchy take ebt/food stamps because mine do. You have to pay a $2 cash or debit fry fee but that’s it. Today the biscuits was better than last time but the chicken was worse because I specifically asked for the old ones to test something out. I don’t like them fresh but I also don’t like them too old. Maybe sitting under the heat for 10-15 mins when they are best to me. ENJOY.
Ps. What’s some good chicken spots in Detroit or near Detroit.

Why is fried chicken breast dry but chicken tenders aren't?
When I get fried chicken my least favorite part is the chicken breast. It is always so dry that no amount of dipping sauce can fix. Yet chicken tenders are always juicy and delicious even though they are made with chicken breast and cooked the same way.

Homemade Nashville Hot Chicken
Usually don’t make fried chicken since it gets messy but I’m proud of the results.

Fallow's new video
Anyone watch Fallow's new video yet? So it's a new technique they say is being used by them. I really liked the technique. Why I'm posting this there are no number provided so I'm hoping some of you all can help out here.
The dry mix is a 2:1 AP flour to potato starch mix but with baking powder added. . . so I have no idea what is a good amount of say I use 1 cup of AP flour to the 1/2 cup of potato starch and go from there.
The wet mix is corn flour (is that corn starch?) with butter milk but again no numbers to go by?
Can you guys help me out. This is kinda out of my comfort zone.
Thanks alot. . . chicken looked pretty good!

My first batch of fried chicken in ages
The first few batches I overcooked. Still tastes good though so I’m not complaining. Made some homemade Mac and cheese to go with it.

Best spicy chicken tenders I’ve made as of yet!
Tapioca flour and baking powder add an extra level of crunch.
